I know, odd also it was covered in a clear coat about 1/2mm thick.

Now how to size the unmarked Allen keys! Any ideas?

Easy enough to size them, it's marking them up !!

Maybe put them in a stand and label the hole in that ?

You're assuming the allen keys have been accurately made to size in the first place right?

You're assuming the allen keys have been accurately made to size in the first place right?

that is the issue and also the Micrometer is in mm but where the measurement is constantly low by the same amount you can presume that is the clearance for the mm size.

right used some sockets last weekend as i needed to change the rear pads and discs on the Suzuki. so as like i have in the past picked up the 3/8 drive and 12mm socket. normal pick the good tools but thought lets just see what the cheep stuff is like.

it started lifting in use. i just peeled it away.

 

but they are not my main tools

 

at the time an empty box was the same price as these with tools. they are a loaner grade, and they give a good extra load of tools. (the spanners seem ok for now)

 

I just pity anyone that paid full price for these thing they were good.
