Ive had this shell for 2 years sat in the garden i was going to cut it into sections for another project but ime thinking of rebuilding it on a budget and practicing my welding on this before tackling the other build
That being said i will be doing it to the best of my ability its not going to be a concourse build more a modified motorsport think flat boot floor double x member floor with flared holes drilled flip front modified bulkhead tubbed arches ect but making as much as possible myself
So first job make an inner cill (outer 12 inches of floor both sides
This is what ime starting with

Picked this clubman front end up for a good price stored for 15 years covered in surface rust but cleaning up well

The floor has gone up to the second flute is there a panel available that goes this far i know they do up to the first flute

Before i make 1 has any one got the rear seat pan back rest/ rear bulkhead panelthats missing

Subframe with 16v engine hubs mounts ect the rest i will get as i go
A pair of doors and a good boot lid are on the wanted list atm if anyone has them at sensible money inbox only as dont want to go off topic

So i was in the shed and decided to start cutting and cleaning the inner wing /flitch area to see if i could repair or wether a new full inner wing panel would be needed the good news is i can get away with repairing and a new flitch panel which is great as really didnt fancy buying a full panel and chopping half of it off (flip front) and this side is worse than the other so nothing to frighten me yet
