decided to tryto fit some of these to the rear of my mini. Bought a flea bay pair and altho stupidly cheap they do work very very well. bought a new indicator can as well to cope with the load that led s take.

when i connect them in parrallell with my front indicator s directly from the indicator can itself they work a dream BUT as soon as i try to hook them up in my boot either to the left hand side or the right NOTHING happens. all the connections are good everywhere...........why should  a length of wire coming from the can in the engine bay to the rear indicators in my boot make the difference? because that is all it is as far as i can work out?

try swapping the wires around.

no the wires ae correct and it was the old problem of bad bad earth connection coupled with the replacement of a decent turn signal relay, which was capable of handling the led's. I now have them working great and i've only fitted them on the rear at present and they are quite a cool, altho not to everyones taste.

thanks anyway and it will be at the IMM in Bristol in August.
