Do you have 12 V between red/blue and black? Is the sensor warming up when you switch on ignition?

Nope, neither. Its 20-100mv between them. I changed the main relay pack though and all wiring seems good.

I could try earthing the wire directly see if that makes a difference.

I have a new ECU and Cam sensor on the way, so see what that does!

Hi all,

Just to update, I had an apparently refurbed ECU arrive that was "free running" however the engine wouldn't run with it.

I gave up and dropped the mini to a local garage, they have reset the fuelling adaptations and looked at why it wasn't running in closed loop.

They have reported that the Lambda probe was sometimes switching correctly and then either sticking low or sticking high. They think its the ECU so ive now sent it off to be tested and refurbed if required at ATP.

Does anyone know any specialists in Hampshire/Surrey I could maybe send it to, if this doesn't work?
