Quick question...

I have a 1989 Mini Thirty and I'm currently redoing the heater system.

I have purchased 1/2" heater hose along with a heater valve for the cylinder head rather than the plastic valve between the pipework.

Is it suitable to use 1/2" pipework with this arrangement rather than the 5/8" hoses as it came out the factory?

Feel a little bit stupid asking the question but better to be safe than sorry I guess!

Thanks in advance,

Matt

You'll have a bit of a fight getting it on the heater, though if it proves too much you can join hoses with adapters.

I've got the pipes on the heater which wasn't too difficult. Apart from that would there be any issues?
