Hi all,

I am currently rebuilding a mini clubman estate (and a mk1 saloon look-a-like), and was searching colours for my clubman project, when I came across this photo.

I have tried searching for more images or information on the colour but to no avail.

Has anybody got an idea of which shade of blue they think this is?? (I realise that the colour in the flesh may be slightly different to an image on computer - and it may also not be a stock mini colour, but any clues or best guesses would be great!!

(someone may actually know the car!!)

Neil

Looks like teal blue to me, same colour as my old 72 clubman estate

Right thanks for that, had a quick look at Teal Blue, you might be right, not sure if Teal Blue appears slightly darker, but again hard to tell on computer images!!

Wish I'd still got that one, I sold it in about 93, the young lad I sold it to crashed it and left it in his parents garage. It shows as sorn'd but I think it may still exist.

Two votes for Teal!! (def looks a two-pack paint, like that look on classic minis)

Imack - its worth chasing up. My mate used to own a peugeot 309 goodwood gti (the dark green ones) and sold it on. He spent a good while chasing its history and managed to find it again last week, and its just being stored in a garage, so is negotiating buying it back for sentimental value (and they're rare now!), so defintiely worth chasing up if you wanted to get hold of it again!

I sold a Paul Smith LE about 12 years ago, it was an absolute minter, so gutted I got rid of it. Might actually see if I can find that, I'd love it back (though no doubt I'd pay through the nose for it now!)

I though it may be Henley Blue, but looks too dark.
