Hi all, I’m pulling down a mk2 thick flange 1275 cooper s engine.
It has been rebuilt once and is on +20, was just wondering if anybody could tell me what make of piston this is, looks very nice, just need to know if their cheap and nasty or keepers.
The block only needs a hone not a rebore.

Your mate scored an engine?

Good work ;D

They look like Repco Pistons, but from the Low Compression range, not a performance piston.

Yip, 46 email later, and a chunk of money changing hands, I bought a motor.
What pistons would you say are worthy of this build..... what are the Graham Russell versions like?

Only 46 !!!

You really can't go past these for quality, and value

They'll be sweet for anything including mild competition.

Note that they have a variety of rings available for them and so they need to be ordered separately.
