If you are 'in a bind' you can heat the bearing and then hit it with a chisel and hammer - be sure to wear a face shield - however, you'll find the CV itself has worn and will need to be replaced too

in the old days i would just get the angle grinder out. and then hit it with a cold chisel.

Pulled the CV joint and decided that trying to remove the inner bearing race wasn't the solution. Am in the process of banging away, trying to get the CV joint over the circlip on the driveshaft. There has to be an easier way.
