"In-depth documentary showing an interesting insight into Sir Frank Williams, his career and family. From nothing other than an obsession with speed, Williams builds one of the world's most enduring Formula One racing teams, but a near fatal car accident in 1986 at the height of this success leaves Frank fighting for his life and the future of the team hanging in the balance."

The fist time I heard of Frank Williams, he was trying to persuade people in the paddock to lend him their car doors so he could get through scrutineering.

He never went out for a drink, and if you took him along, he NEVER paid for one, let alone a round, and was 1/2 pissed on 2 pints which lasted all night.

He knew nothing about anything, conversation was just about cars and the only thing he owned was his tooth brush which went everywhere with him because he was grateful to sleep on any floor and everyone claimed that his mania for marathon running was to be able to get away from creditors.
