Timing On Mini Spi?

Hey folks,

Can you adjust the timing on an spi? I thought it was bolt the dizzy in place and away you go....... or am I being a bit dizzy ?

The timing is fully controlled by the ECU but the dizzy must be fixed in the correct position ( angle )to ensure the rotor is in the right position relative to the dizzy cap.
