Hi, 

 

For sale is my roll over jig which was designed by me and manufactured by the apprentice at work.

 

This is the drawing for the 'End Frames'. I designed the End frames to be bolted together so they fitted in the in the back of my ford fiesta.

The scaffold pole is about 4m long. It could be cut down or just remove the locking plate?

Included are 2 no. RSA's with scaffold clamps welded on to bolt to the bulkheads. These work okay but you might want something more substantial. That been said, I have had the shell upside down on this jig with both subframes bolted on so it's pretty strong.

 

The 2 no. end frames are currently painted in a thick coat of Rustoleum 'Reed Green'
