Gents, in an effort to reduce the cutting required, am planning on using aluminum a-series radiator with electric fan(10").

Question: On a redtop, would that radiator suffice? Second thought would be to add a second rad in series(there are air to water heat exchangers with .75" inlet/outlet which is... possibly... close enough to the 1" openings on the radiator i plan to use for it to work).

How crazy am i?

Friend of mine is running an astra gte 16v alloy rad in his. He had to get the top hose inlet modified to suit the standard thermostat housing. Not sure what size fan hes running but it is tight.

No particular issue with running multiple radiators though. My Boxster does this as standard

Yes I agree there is no issue running more than one radiator, if it's good enough for the German manufacturers it will do here ?
