Hi, help needed, done some digging today, found a rust hole at rear of passenger side sill. Does this car have overcills? I have also spotted what’s looks like an old slitting disc line, it’s just to the out side of the sill or over I’ll welding line. Please see pics.

Looking at those pictures they are not standard short sill but possibly 6" sills. 

 

Now the bad news is those inner sills are in very poor condition and will need to be replaced sometime soon. You may be able to patch that hole but the material around it looks thin and it will need to be seam welded.
