1994 Tahiti Edition Fully Restored

This car has original mileage (71800) and specification and has automatic transmission making it a perfect mini to commute in! The bodywork has been fully restored over a 18 month period with genuine Heritage body panels.The shell was jigged ensuring correct alignment and fitting of all panels . Correct sill / jacking point and jig supports fitted during the body rebuild. Mechanically the car is standard (1275cc) and the engine / transmission runs well. Believed to be one of 10 Tahiti’s fitted with automatic gearbox the car drives smoothly and has the correct grade oil . New rear sub frame, re-bushed trailing arms and suspension joints all ensure the car drives and feels as it did when it left the factory. All brake lines and pads renewed during the full mechanical rebuild. The interior trim is standard and in good condition and has an original fit glass sunroof.

Re finished in Tahiti blue metallic paint ready to be polished, cared for and driven. The car has 3 months MOT (very limited millage since test so there will be no problems ) receipts and documentation support displayed mileage, history (inc original Tahiti sales brochure) and spend. This is a great example of a very usable unmodified classic mini in which you can enjoy classic motoring without the need for costly bodywork repairs for years to come. Originally restored to use as a commuting car to replace our other Mini (1995 Sidewalk 1275 manual which has been used reliably for 4 years and also for sale @ around £3000 if anyone interested ) Retirement has prompted change of plan and the Mini's are surplus to needs!
