Whilst the engine is apart, should I change the clutch plate - verto type?

Would you say definitely for sake of £40, or if it still has meat on it use the old one?

The only problems I have had with a mini clutch plate is when the oil seal went and it was contaminated with oil.

Personally I would change it whilst the engine is out and the primary oil seal if you have not already do that.

I'd change the three piece clutch kit and primary gear oil seal whilst it's out

Get the whole clutch and flywheel assembly balanced too while it’s out if the car, will help with reducing vibrations.
