Could somebody tell me what is needed? Which speedo cable, which speedo drive spindle and pinion?
My setup: Mini MPi + 10 inch wheels + 3.21 final drive + central speedo mod with original MPi speedometer.
Thank you so much for your efforts and please excuse my bad English best regards from Germany. Christoph

You can use the existing speedo drive, just change the gears on the gearbox after a conversation with John at Guessworks(the man for mini gearboxes)

Remember to drill a hole in the bulkhead for the cable prior paint, centre speedo cables are shorter normally than offset dials.

Maybe think about using the Smiths electronic Mini speedo, cable is non-mechanical and the wiring would need sorting out.

For 3.21 FD and 10 inch wheels you want the TXD10006 pinion which is Red and has 18 teeth.

In the old days we used the speedo cable from the Austin/Morris 1100, which was longer, but few of these are around now. You can have cables made to any required length by a specialist.
