After loads of issues with this engine I’ve now rebuilt it, rings, hone, cam bearing, mains etc and .......... it’s still smoking ?
Previous to this I rebuilt the turbo, valve guides good with new seals
Any possible answers? Maybe head cracked???
It’s quite a white smoke. AFR gauge is running 13.
Starts perfect and revs fine

Cheers

Try pressure testing the cooling system.

I would have changed them whilst it was in bits. Did you fit valve stem seals to all valves?
