Hello,
Apparently the silencer box on my Mini has rusted through and the damage is so significant that I need to replace it.

The tailpipe on the rusted-through silencer has a diameter of 2.25”.

Other requirements include:
-stainless steel
-centre exit
(A chromed tailpipe would be a bonus)

Please let me know if you have any suggestions

I have made some further measurements and found a suitable silencer that will fit with a few minor modifications.

Thank you for your help, this problem has been solved.

tail pipe size often has no bearing on the size at the other side. what is the fitting at the other side and diameter?

OBS. 2.25" is not a normal pipe size but is often fitted to cheaper boxes to add noise.

My Fletcher entre exit exhaust is a
1.75inch bore lcb
2.25 link pipe and 3 inch twin exit

There's lots of choices
