I am not a supercharger expert, I have "Just stuck a supercharger" on several A series engines, and been happy with the result.
I have occasionally blown 'cammed' engines and been very happy with the result .................. until I got to the filling station.
In the interest of economy, don't change the cam, but if you use a turbo cam, I have found that they work well on the couple of occasions that I have fitted one.

generally you want somthing shortish, or with a low overlap ( wide LCA), supercharged engines are a fair bit more tolerant than turbo's though, so althou somthing like a SW10 or 286 can work well it will be thirsty as it'll try to blow the charge out the exhaust more. also best to steer clear of high ratio rockers.
SW5, 256 &266 will all work well, also the 274i cam would be a good choice as its ground on a wide LCA.

Works very well at low and high revs
Fuel usage seems good however I don’t drive this type of car to save petrol ?

Oh, very nice. 118 in the low fours is usable power.
