Trying to reskin my SPI seats. Does anyone know how to remove the plastic inserts that the headrest slot into?

Pull the skin like a pullover ( or like turning it to the inside) when you have it nearly off you can see the plastic what holds the headrest.Now you can unlock the headrest, take it off and then take off the skin completely!
But this is not SPI specific!
