I had a yellow cover like that on my lambda sensor. On one side of it there was a small tab I had to lever out with a small screwdriver before it would come out

Im confused (sorry about that) but why do you need to get those out of that plug in tact? Will those pins fit into a harness plug that you want to use? What is the preferred end connector type?

Was working on my dashboard yesterday so got a chance to have a good look at that plug.

The yellow insert comes out quite easily and than you can release the pins individually.

There are two rectangular holes  in the side of the yellow plastic.

Place a small flat screwdriver in the hole and lever it outwards gently, it moves easily without too much force.

Once out you will see a small plastic catch on each pin.

Yes sorted it as you said. Flick out the yellow plug then the clips holding the pins in can be easily pinged out of the way allowing the pin to release.

Ive just ordered new pins to attach instead of the bullet connectors on my rear loom. Should make a factory fit job.

Thanks all

Got it all apart - great BUT couldnt find replacement pins that stay in the clips. Tried RS and others none work. Brassed off. Decided to solder the old wires (with pins) onto the new loom. Not ideal but who cares lol
