Mini Tacho Wiring

Could someone please help with some simple  instructions on how to wire a smiths tachometer  with the code

rvc1006-oocb  on the back of the unit  to my mk2 mini i have gone on to google and utube but i cant find anything

that tells me where each wire goes?  I have aplug on the rear with  one red and white wire   one red and blue wire

one green  one white and black  one brown  and of course the black earth.

any help would be appreciated cheers Andy

Normally on any tacho it needs impulse feed from the coil (red/white) negative earth normally black and possibly whit/blue for lighting and thats normally it.

 

Iv just done what you have probably done too and looked on google etc... but no help on there unfortunately.
