I'm Stuart and I'm currently documenting the restoration of a 1963 Mini Cooper 997 from a pretty poor state to (hopefully) something pretty special. The company who are completing the restoration are called RiE-Store from West Sussex in the UK are currently completing a few different projects all of which I'm documenting in a weekly series on their YouTube channel.
