The alternators diode pack has probably gone pear shaped.
Enter 'alternator testing' in the search box at the top of the page & you'll probably find a thread on how to check this.

Hi thx for replay it's a rover cooper 1992
according previous owner billing alternator been change in 2015 it's a 70Amp one

I think the question your asking is does the alternator regulate the voltage or is it done by the ECU like in some other modern cars.
The voltage regulator is built into the standard mini alternator but as yours was changed before you need to check that the correct one was fitted.

It seems you might have the wrong alternator, is yours an spi mini?

No it's a GXE2298 already order new one just don't want to play with diodes. And yes it's a spi model 1992
