THEN - 1973 OZ Mini originally had points dizzy, remote solenoid, inertia starter...

Remote Solenoid was triggered directly from ignition switch by W/R to wide blade.  Solenoid also fed 12 volts to coil on starting from narrow blade

NOW - 123 Dizzy, Pertronix coil, starter/solenoid unit.

Understand that new solenoid requires more power than remote type, so Relay (triggered by WR) of power B from Solenoid main terminal & back to solenoid BR.  (have relay installed)

QUESTION - the triggered BR also goes to wide blade on new solenoid CORRECT?

ALSO -

a)  Since no points etc., I can wire coil directly from ignition keyed hot side of terminal on fuse block  CORRECT?

b)  No need to run any wire from the new solenoid to the coil  CORRECT?

Thanks!
