Use a good Epoxy on the bare metal instead of etch, but yes, be thorough and key everything well and clean it will be perfect.

Super thanks for the reply
I’ve been looking a lot into seam sealers as this tiger seal does seem to be the best stuff.
I’m thinking of going brushable now and have found the upol red stripe brand, I’ve read a few reviews on Halfords and some one has said that the red stripe reacted with the upol etch primer this is my concern!!!!
Has anyone got tried and tested methods they have isef including the brands used, as said I’m going to upol raptor it afterwards so will need primer, seam sealer, and raptor
Cheers guys look forward to you’re responses

I have had reaction with the Red Stripe, on Etch, and that was on Project Erm.

Personally i use Aviation sealants but thats only because i am in the industry. Far far superior to anything you can buy for your car.
