Hi all
The headlining on my 84 mini is rather stained and grubby looking. Currently my plans for the mini are a bit of a shabby/patina/rat look then once it needs some major engine work I’ll strip it all down and do a full restoration and respray..

For now I just want to make the headlining a bit more fun and pretty..
I’ve seen people do tea stained union jacks, comic books, a twister board?!...
Has anyone got or seen any more inspiration for me?
I quite like the tea stained Union Jack to try and keep that retro patina feel

I took my white / stained brown headlining off cleaned it up and painted it with vinyl paint from my local paint supplier. It came up like new (charcoal black), not the kind of style your looking for but thought I'd mention it.

Mines just visible in this old pic. Been like that for 20 years or more.
