I'm having some problems trying to get the rear quarter panel to line up properly with the outer sill and the boot floor.
The outer sill was slightly too high just after the bend and I've had to knock it down a bit to get it to fit something like. I also seem to recall that the closing plate between the heel board and the rear arch should overlap slightly at either the wheel arch or outer sill flange and as it is currently fitted there is quite a sizeable gap between the end of the closing plate and the outer sill. Hopefully you can see this in the pictures below.
The floor, boot floor, and rear arch have all been replaced. The rear panel has also been repaired at the bottom and it didn't line up very well with the old rear quarter that had been repaired. Which is why i've been focusing on trying to line it up with the waist rail, B-post, and top 2 3rds of the rear panel, as I figure these should be reliable.

Top left of the rear quarter - needs some work but more concerned about the bottom.

Not sure if this needs to go down slightly to match the rear panel.

The gap between the rear quarter and door step seems too large?

Not too bad but probably wants to go up slightly

Full rear quarter panel
The top of the rear quarter is almost perfectly in line with the rail running between the rear seat panel and B post.
My thinking at the minute is that the rear arch wants to be turned slight clockwise so that the boot floor lines up with the bottom of the rear quarter. The closing panel between the rear arch and heel board can then be shifted further round as well to close the gap between the outer sill and itself.
Does that sound about right?
