So I got a large breaker bar and it still won’t budge. Has anyone used heat?

You shouldn't need heat, the nut as you have discovered is extremely tight as it should be. If you can secure the box in a similar way to my previous post and use an extension tube on the breaker bar (my tube is 3' long) it will almost certainly release but you will have to give it some, having both hands on the tube gives you maximum control as when it does release it will go suddenly not gradually.
