Does anyone know where abouts I can get some of the L shape black terminals that go onto the brake master cylinder cap?

It’s the terminals / connectors on the main loom.
But I think I could use a H4 headlamp bulb connector, cut in in 2 half’s & use it

Or peak under a few bonnets next time you're in a scrappers. They're not Mini specific, just 6.3 spades in plaggy plug.

Polevolt: https://www.polevolt..._Terminals.html

The angled connectors are referred to as "flag" terminals, the size you need is 6.3mm. It's actually worth investing in a proper tool to crimp them, you'll get plenty of use out of it in the future.

Vehicle wiring products have flag terminals and their plastic covers (well worth getting their catalogue)
