Recently fitted new exterior weather strips to the doors and when it rains heavy the felt that creates the seal on the glass the water just soaks through the felt into the door

Have the doors been reskinned at all?? Are they bowed at the top where the weather seal fits???

No both doors have not been reskinned and there is no bow in the middle it tight to the glass all the way along the strip thanks
