Shame with rust like that what does the rest of the car look like underneath. I am sure if you just removed the broken seal the MOT guy in vegas wouldn't be the wiser. But seriously I think you have bigger issues at hand then that seal.

cars solid underneath. New inner sils, floors solid, boot floor perfect. Most of that “rust” is surface or just crud that I’ve cleared off now. Subframe is solid aswell. Tbf even the radius arm looks worse on the photo than it really is. Although I do agree with the comment about mot guys here!

I would get two and plan for a new subframe as well.

This is bang on the money. The pins have seized and they've been pivoting in the camber brackets for long enough to elongate the hole. Almost certain that's happened on the subframe side too.

Sorry to say as well, your sills look like oversills from what I can see. I'd strongly advise looking down inside your rear bins to see what it's like in there.

Ok thanks for explaining what’s happened with pins. Yeah they’re oversills but it’s had new inner sills and it hasn’t got the old outer sills still stuck there. Inside bins are all good aswell but thanks for advising. All done prior to my ownership. Will be changing to proper sills as soon as I’m able to tho. Well impressed you’ve been able to spot they’re oversills from them photos tho, fair play!

Opened a reyt can of worms here! Only trying to un seize my brake adjuster lol

You've got to be eagle eyed for oversills, when they're fitted in the incorrect way they can cause a lot of damage in not a lot of time. Definitely swap out to genuine when you can as they'll be stronger and last much longer as they'll allow the sill cavity to breathe.

Good luck with it!
