Can someone please run a straight edge across the width of the toeoard is it completely flat right across inline with the lower subframe mount holt holes or does it taper at the ends uwbrds towards the floor/cill

when i got mine the box was open and the panel wasnt protected didnt look any damage but upon fitting the bulkhead panel we had trouble with the d/s inner wing after self tapping in place i decided to rxn a straight edge across and there a difference
Passenger inner wimg is not fitted at this point but is in place

We took out the self tapper screws and that end lifted up to taper to match the other side this may sound strange but its almost like the drivers side inner wing is to long where it meets the curve of the toeboard and where the fold for the return lip of the inner wing is to low tho it does touch the remains of the original floor just inboard of the cill

Now we dont mind cutting and refolding that lip i guess we need to know has anyone else had trouble with that lower section of the inner wing passenger seems ok and all genuine panels

Is there any difference in the rear half shock mount to a panel between pre 1990 inner wings and 1969 _1989 inner wings forward of the shock mount is irrelevant
