Owned my mini since march this year. Bought it in Surrey and drove it 310 miles home including getting stuck in traffic for three hours but the car ran like a dream.
Since owning it I have repaired a few things Inc Speedo cable, rear wheel bearings. I've upgraded the wheels to some cooper S steel wheels with A032r tyres. Recently fitted a formuling steering wheel and a gearknob which doesn't come off in your hand when selecting reverse.
Future improvements are going to try and be kept as period as possible.
Looking for a 1275 engine if anyone has a complete engine or something that could be built up fairly easily.
Will upload some pictures soon.
