Hi,

I'm at the stage in my restoration to start putting everything on the doors.

I can't remember the sequence in which all the parts come off, so would appreciate some advice.

I'm thinking they should be rebuilt in this order:

Exterior door handles

Interior door handle and lock latch

Lock assembly on side of door

Window regulator

Glass.

Does that sound a sensible way to put it all back together?

also if you haven't put door on car yet do it before building door up because it will be a lot lighter to lift into place

Exterior handle goes on first then the window and regulator, then finally the rest of lock mechanisms
