What’s best way to get corroded pipes out without damaging original bore in alloy manifold.
Havnt tried anything yet ... an thinking blowtorch and twist with molegrips might do it ??

Replace the manifold is easiest way, don't think the pipes are soldered into place.

Do a search of the forum for the replacement of the pipes. Somebody already did and the final product looked like new.

It was pretty easy.
Just cut the corroded stubs leaving about a couple of mm protruding then sharpened up the flat tip of a small screwdriver and used it to tap the stub edge inwards and then downwards. It was easy to cut the metal of the tube this way carefully so as not to damage the ally bore wall.
Once cut through, the stub just pulled out.
5 minute job

Might have been my post? I showed a few steps. I did 2, one with stainless and one with brass pipes. The factory pipes are friction fit so you just need heat the manifold up a lot and pull the pipes out with mole grips. Fitting is the reverse once you’ve made replacement pipes. Picture is of the stainless one

Did the same with mines today....replaced with stainless steel tubing.

Heated the manifold to remove the corroded pipes.
