I’m looking at getting some 13x7” ultra light F1 wheels off Moss for my ‘99 MPi and wondered if anyone knows if they will fit ok? Or if I need bigger arches ? Or modify the car in anyway?

Depends on the wheels spec. And the current car build.
You may need to trim the wings and fit new arches.

As long as you have the sportspack already and don't lower it too much, you should be fine. However, as Nick points out, you may have to do some minor trimming.
