Hazard Warning Light Not Working.

Mini 1988.

 

Hazard warning lights not working sometimes they flashes 2 - 3 times. Switch changed. Indicators working.

 

Any ides?

Sounds like the flasher unit. I'm assuming it has separate indicator and hazard flashers. Remove the hazard flasher under the bonnet and replace it with a bit of wire or bent paperclip to confirm the diagnosis. All 4 corners should light, but obviously won't flash.

Where under the bonnet are located.

It's usually on the bulkhead to the left of the wiper motor

It might just be a dirty connection somewhere. The fact they work intermittently would suggest this is the cause. Could be the connections on the fuse, switch, or flasher unit.

Does interior light work? It runs off the same fuse.
