What is needed to drop an engine with a Remote shift into a MkIV body with rod shift?

Cut metal away for the stick end. Add metal if you want to use proper stick boot. Drill holes for remote bush bracket and make spacer for bracket.

Sounds straight forward enough. A picture of bracket would be great.
Will the remote clear a typical budget type LCB?
