I've a 1996 Rover Min Cooper, Japanese import, and as far as I can tell, I'm the 3rd owner in Canada. The engine is painted orange. Was that the original colour or can I assume the engine has been out at some time? If i's not, I'll never know what, if anything, has been done when it was out.
