Is there anyway to eliminate oil fumes?
All my vent hoses are in good condition, the PCV was removed and the hose blanked.
I also have a vented oil cap.

Do you mean fumes inside the car?
You say the breather hoses are in good condition, but are the actual breathers clear? You can take the main one off from teh luctch cover and clean it out with petrol, but the timing cover one is another story...
