Morning all,

Got my SPI Cooper 3 weeks ago as my daily driver. I got extremely lucky and got a very clean cooper after my previous r56 BMW mini got written off by one of two doughnuts having road rage. Turned out to be a huge favour if you ignore the fact that my neck still isn't right! I live in Kent and work in IT, but I've always wanted to learn mechanics, felt this car would be the ideal starter car to learn on. Best car I've ever driven, totally understand why people say that new cars have no character! Anyway, I'll keep this short.

Things I've done already:

John Cooper Maniflow 2 box exhaust (cat back).

Engine mount rubbers.

Put the original radio back in.

Fixed the driver’s window runner.

Fixed the fuel tank cap catch.

New fuel cap.

Aston fuel cap cover.

Planned:

Underside protection treatment.

Paint treatment.

Sport arches.

Wider wheels.

John cooper brakes.

Full John Cooper conversion.

Full Interior refresh.

Cheers,

Dave

Thank you, I will. Much better car to have fun on the road than anything else I've driven.
