Does anyone know where to get any spec information for a 850 of this year?

I have a shell, and nothing else, that needs full restoration so needs everything bought and adding back to it so just wondering if there's any where I can get full technical specs from as well as information on original colour and styling. It's been off road for 12 years or so from what I can make out from the information I have

Could apply for a heritage certificatewhich would give you original details from factory records.

Not sure if a Heritage Certificate will tell you the original colour -recorded information was minimal to say the least during the 70's.

Check out places like inside the rear wheel-arch for traces of original paint.

The 1974 Mini Range brochure still works.

Any idea what type of rear subframe I would need as well?

I bought a 1975 850 in 1980 ... and the standard specification certainly included plenty of rust.

Comments I would make regarding other features in addition to the rust ...

Fixed back single colour vinyl seats.
Single centre speedo, no other gauges.
Two spoke bus steering wheel.
Rear subframe standard dry type, same as currently available.
