Looking for the two plastic halves with integral wire that the slip ring goes over on the steering column for the horn. Looking for a used source as I don’t believe these are being reproduced. Thanks

Part No. 57H5472 Rotor Assembly.... & as you state these don't seem to be made anymore.

New Old Stock ones do come up very occasionally on Ebay, otherwise try your local autojumbles (fairly sure this part was also used on the MGB & MG Spridget but you'd need to check this out for yourself).

 

Only other option is to buy the complete slip Ring assembly Part No. BCA4505 - they're not cheap but are readily available https://www.7ent.com...k1-str0069.html

If you could find some dimensions or measure what you need it's be pretty simple to machine them and wouldn't cost that much. PM me if you need a hand.
