Ohhh found this quite interesting it is answering questions that the others did not.

Got new end caps and ordered a new weld mask as I was finding my old one was not reacting as soon as I wanted. I feel this was due to lack of sensors and their position. Also my old one is 8 years old.

yep but the ones I have seen from him though great do expect some TIG ability.

many seem to be too much "Bling" in you know what I mean. I have not used a gas welder since the late 80s and have had my MIG since the mid 90s so I am having to forget a lot and remember much, which is kinda why in am finding it interesting.

things you dont think about. arc sensors and where they are. my old mask (2011) had two above the viewing window meaning that it was not seeing the arc as soon as i was. so i had to do something about that

4 sensors loads of settings and a gert big window.

this tig lark takes a fair bit of learnings. think i will concentrate on practising on the aluminium as that is really what i bought it for.

looks nice. I'd be interested what you think of it as I'm after a new one myself.

The switch on the side, is it 3 position, grind, cut, weld? It's dificult to see in the photos I've found.
