Yes I do have a hose with one end in a jar under the Brake Fluid level so it cant draw air back in

Update.........

 

Now bled each of the corners again.  No difference from the 1st time. I have to leave it for a couple of weeks now as I have to go away for work. 

I will re-convene when I get back. 

 

****oooops.  My bleed nipples on the calipers are on the bottom.  I guess I need to swap the calipers so the nipples are on the top

Bingo!

I bet when you put the nipples to the top you'll have a perfect pedal.

Yes I've had someone fit calipers to one of my minis to the wrong sides... so the nipples were on the bottom and thus no pedal but It would pump up.

Changed the calipers side to side and it fixed the issue on the first bleed
