How can I tell if a head has Sodium filled valves ?

The exhaust valve stems are obviously thicker.

Cut one of the exhaust valves in half and see if sodium comes out.

The turbo ex valves are 8mm diameter. Noticeably thicker, even to the eye, when compared to the standard valves.
