That's not an easy task to weld the inner arch, but this is done now :

 

Steel sheet formed to suit the curve of the arch :

And welded :

Looks ok now, with plenty of room for the wheel and suspension!

Then started on a crossmember reinforcement, as the seat is bolted directly on it. Started with a 2mm thick steel sheet :

And with some captive nuts added :

Then, decided to make a front bar on the rollcage :

Unfortunately, my MIG ran out of gas, so more welding to follow...
