so i need a measurement please if anyone could  from the top front edge of the seat x member inline with the centre of and  to the bottom of the square reinforcing plate on the toe board both sides

 

also from the same place on the x member to the lower edge of the lower  bolt hole on the toe board

 

if you could pop up a pic of where you measure at so as i can be sure we are on the same page that would be very much appreciated be a beer in at at 1 of the shows

I have taken some and will post them up a bit later.

Just to clarify from your pictures that your car is a MK3 with a twin bolt front subframe??

hi thanks for the reply my shellis a mk 4 the pic is one i have found for clarification as i cant get into my shed atm

maybe this is better   tho it  doesnt show the x member but basicaly i wamt the measurement from the top front edge of the seat x member to the lower edge of the lower mounting subframe mounting bolt hole on the toe board please

Ahh, mine is a MK3 so will be different, sorry cant help there.

ah ok thank you anyway sonik ime sure someone must have a bare shell or a shell being built up on here somewhere
