Have seen a video on Facebook of them in use but have never used one personally. I would say if you are fitting 

hundreds of rivets it may be worthwhile but if you are fitting a few dozen or so a standard pop riveter is good enough.

I wish I had seen that a few weeks ago. I had to put around 170 x 4.2 mm pop-rivets into my glider trailer and it was very hard work with a standard hand-rivetter.

I've not used one of those, but have used a Pneumatic type. It certainly saved the hands and wrists for doing a large number in a short time frame.

 

This does look a nice gadget, could be OK, but appears a little cumbersome.
